Asterix, Obelix and the villagers are interrupted by the sudden arrival of Goudurix, who has come to ask for help. He reveals to them that his father, Oceanonix, was imprisoned for a theft he did not commit...

Aquila de Lutetia, the precious gold symbol of the Roman legions, has just been stolen, and an innocent man has been thrown into prison! Asterix promises to investigate and asks Goudurix to stay safely in the village.

The two Gallic warriors travel to Lutetia to obtain information from an acquaintance who has the reputation of being well informed about the rumors and intrigues in the city... And, obviously, they will find the answers in their long journey!

Throughout this hectic adventure, there will be skits that will punctuate your journey, adding a dose of humor and emotion, as well as advancing the unfolding of the plot.
